VOLUNTEER RAFFLE

Check out our awesome prizes for the Bayou City Art Festival Volunteer Raffle!

Our volunteers are invaluable to the festival, and we simply couldn’t do it without you! To show our appreciation, we will be raffling off great prizes, and gift cards from some of our favorite businesses and organizations. How does it work? Every time you sign in for a shift at the festival, your name will be entered into the drawing. You complete your shift, we draw names, and if you are a lucky winner you take home your prize at the end of your shift!

This drawing is made possible by the generosity of many local businesses in our community, so please support the businesses that support the festival!

Get Informed

As a volunteer, you are representing Bayou City Art Festival, and people will come to you with questions. Prepare yourself by reading through our website and be sure to read emailed communications from our volunteer coordinator leading up to the festival. We want you to be prepared so you have the best experience possible!

Dress for the Weather

You will be provided with a volunteer t-shirt, and you should come prepared with comfortable shoes (there will be a lot of walking), a hat and sunscreen, and a poncho in case it rains.

Stay Hydrated

We will have water at the Volunteer Headquarters tent, so please stop in often to grab a drink.

Be Flexible

Because this is a large event with many moving parts, it’s possible that we may make minute-by-minute changes. If you’re signed up for a specific duty and we ask to reassign you, please be open-minded! We will do our best to keep you where you want to be, but please know that things can change and we love volunteers that are flexible.

Questions or Concerns

This goes for both before the festival and during. If you need help with anything or have questions, we are here for you! We are committed to providing you the best experience possible, and we love feedback.
