Bayou City Art Festival – Downtown is presented each fall by Art Colony Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to producing high quality art festivals and events. Hundreds of artists are joined by music, food and fun. Over the past 43 years, the festivals have raised over $35 million benefitting arts education for children, adults, local arts and community service organizations and Houston parks throughout Greater Houston

Bayou City Art Festival – Memorial Park and Art Colony Association are dedicated to enriching the lives of Houstonians and celebrating the vibrant mix of cultures in what has been called one of the most diverse cities in the country. The Urban Art Experience is an exciting blend of juried Fine Art as well as curated African-American, Latino, Asian, and other culturally and creatively diverse artist’s works.

- Clear heavy limbs / deadwood to make mulch

- Spread piles of mulch
